Week 12 Reading Reflection

1) I liked the fact that this chapter broke down the different section/stages of managing a business. It was nice that they really dissected it out for us step by step.

2)  I started getting lost at the section of “Entrepreneurial Strategy Matrix”. I just couldn’t grasp that idea. Also, I was a confused at the part about the uncollectible accounts.

3) How often does one update the Entrepreneurial Strategy Matrix? Or is it a fixed concept that is proven?

4) I enjoyed learning about this new chapter and I don't believe he was wrong about anything. However, I honestly don’t know enough about this subject to make a reliable refute.
